USAC Announces Operation Pond Hop 2014

How much more memorable will it be for your Cadet to talk about their summer to their friends: "I got to go to a summer camp that gave me a taste of what the military is like, AND I got to go to England to train with the British Army Cadet Forces!"

Friendships that could last a lifetime - memories that will be remembered for years to come!

For the first time, the U.S. Army Cadet Corps and Military Adventure Camp are proud to offer this once in a life time experience.  In cooperation with the British Army Cadet Forces of Hampshire and Isle of Wight, Operation Pond Hop 2014 will send up to 15 Military Adventure Camp participants to train alongside our British Army Cadet Force counterparts as they take part in their annual summer training program, August 9-24, 2014 (Travel days - depart Aug 7 from KY, leaving England on the 25th).

On behalf of Headmaster and Acting Commander of USAC, Jay Whitehead, I would like to welcome all our friends, family, and alumni of Forest Hill Military Academy, and the former Millersburg Military Institute. 

This forum will allow parents and others to communicate with current Cadets, learn about upcoming events, or just carry on conversations about school related things. Oh, and the occasional shout-out to your favorite Cadet is highly encouraged!
